| | This machine is featured by firm structure, beautiful modeling. Its parts are standard and interchangeable. The backgauge is led by double linear guide and driven by roller ball leadscrew. The repeat allocation precision is less than 0.015mm. The surface of worktable and all the side baffle plates are plated chromium to improve the worktable precision and surface quality. It is installed the air cushion. It is convenient to send paper and allocation is accurate. Adopt big specification auxiliary small worktable to improve the operation place. The hydraulic system adopt the German advanced technology, adopt the combined valve, double hydraulic control structure and ISO approved hydraulic element. The mechanism of the inner electronic knife lock prevent sliding cutting and continuous cutting for some deviant factors. Cutting control adopts double hands operation, and owns single cutting function. Installed the photoelectric protection device, overload protection device, portable changing blade device and full closed protective cover. All the caution and indication scutcheon prompt operator safety and to process maintenance. Main electronic units are from German SIEMENS, French TE and Japanese ORMON famous international brand.
Adopt import computer control system, with 10.4” color LCD. Chinese and English two languages, Inch and metric two units. The backgauge is driven by the Mitsubishi Servo system. Max speed is 20m/ min. The position resolution is 0.01mm, the allocation error is not more than 0.01mm. Max. storage content is 1000 cutting program blocks, and every block has 1000 cutting data, the total is 1000000 cutting data. The cutting data can be kept up to 40 years. It owns malfunction self-diagnosis function, automatic cutting function and displaying the cartoon picture of pushing paper and cutting paper process.
